We’re looking for an experienced AI / MLOps Specialist to join a long-term project. You’ll design, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI and machine learning solutions, bridging data science, DevOps, and software engineering practices.

Allocation: 100%
Duration: Long-term (24+ months)
Location: Remote (Finland)
Languages: Finnish and English
Rate: Offer

Must-have skills

  • 1+ year of experience implementing AI or MLOps solutions in a developer role
    – Examples: ML model development, language model training, test automation, CI/CD pipelines

  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI or MLOps-based services
    – ≥1 reference from the past 3 years

Nice-to-have skills

  • ML platforms: Amazon SageMaker, Databricks, Azure MLOps Platform

  • ML libraries: Python (PyTorch), R, JAX

  • Container technologies: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes

  • MLOps practices: data/workflow versioning, continuous integration, CI/CD automation, reproducible ML pipelines

  • Databases & Knowledge Graphs: SQL, embedded DBMS, Knowledge Graph

  • Statistics & data analysis

  • Experience in HPC environments

  • Understanding of public sector or research data environments

  • Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML pipelines from prototype to production

  • Automate workflows and ensure reproducibility in MLOps environments

  • Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and software developers

  • Contribute to secure, scalable, and maintainable ML solutions
