Fullstack Developer 2 (Senior)
Overview
We are looking for a freelance senior fullstack developer to join a multi-year contract-based project. This is a remote freelance position where you will collaborate closely with another senior developer and contribute across both frontend and backend.
Minimum requirements
Strong fullstack background with modern web technologies
Extensive React and TypeScript experience
JavaScript/Node.js backend experience
Hands-on experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of web security best practices
Accessibility (WCAG) knowledge
Fluent Finnish (role includes a scored interview)
Preferred skills
Experience with Remix or similar frameworks
AWS and Kubernetes
MariaDB/MySQL
Keycloak integration
Experience with high-usage online services
Public sector project experience
Strong interview performance is a scoring factor
Location: Remote (within Finland)
Start: Early 2026
Duration: Multi-year contract (approx. 4 years)
