We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join a long-term project. You’ll work with modern hybrid and cloud infrastructures, manage server environments, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.

Allocation: 100%
Duration: Long-term (12+ months)
Location: Remote (Finland)
Languages: Finnish and English
Rate: Offer

Must-have skills

  • 2+ years of experience in server administration and network management

  • Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure (WSUS, AD, SCOM, SQL Server)

  • 2 references from Microsoft infrastructure maintenance or modernization projects (within the last 5 years, combined duration ≥12 months)

Nice-to-have skills

  • Server maintenance: Security updates, PowerShell and Ansible scripting

  • Infrastructure management: IP networks, automated updates, security, version upgrades

  • Specialized servers: MSSQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, SCOM

  • Architecture: On-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, migrations

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and develop complex infrastructure environments

  • Manage automation, monitoring, and updates for hybrid systems

  • Participate in architecture planning and environment modernization

  • Collaborate with teams ensuring stability, security, and performance
