We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager / Scrum Master to coordinate and oversee the ongoing maintenance and development of a modern Azure-based data platform.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary information management team, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and continuous improvement of data platform processes and service delivery.
Allocation: ~10–20% (approx. 27–35 days/year)
Duration: Starting February 2026 (multi-year engagement)
Location: Remote (Finland)
Languages: Finnish (required), English
Rate: ~80€
Must-have skills
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Scrum Master in IT or data platform projects
Strong understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks
Ability to coordinate maintenance, support, and development teams in complex environments
Excellent Finnish communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-have skills
Familiarity with Azure environments and DevOps tools
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Background in data platform or business intelligence projects
Certifications:
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
What you’ll do
Manage and coordinate ongoing maintenance, support, and small-scale development tasks
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and service reviews
Ensure high-quality documentation and process adherence
Monitor service metrics and drive process improvements with the technical team
Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders
