We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect for a long-term program. You’ll design end-to-end solutions across on-prem and cloud, ensure compliance with security frameworks, guide architectural decisions, and coordinate with business, security, ops, and delivery teams.

Must-have skills
4+ years in a Solution Architect role covering one or more of:
– Data platforms (data lakes/warehouses & BI)
– Integrations & data management
– Cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP)2+ years designing, documenting, steering and implementing architectures (on-prem or cloud) that meet security frameworks such as Katakri, Julkri, Pitukri, PCI-DSS or ISO 27001, including capacity and cost modelling.
Proven experience designing and delivering new cloud solutions or cloud migrations with ≥1 reference after 2021 (production grade).

Platform technologies (up to 6 pts): AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenShift, OpenStack, Windows, Linux.
Cloud governance / CCoE (up to 6 pts): design & development, and/or operations.
FinOps (up to 6 pts): cost management in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Integrations (up to 6 pts): SQS, SNS, Service Bus, Google Cloud Messaging, REST APIs, Suomi.fi interoperability tools.
Service leadership (up to 6 pts): technical service owner/architect for data/analytics systems; FitSM / ITIL processes.
Training (up to 4 pts): trainer experience in enterprise architecture and/or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
What you’ll do
Own solution design from discovery to deployment, aligning tech with business needs.
Define security, integration, data and cloud patterns; ensure compliance with the required frameworks.
Guide teams on architecture decisions, cost/capacity, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with stakeholders across business, security, ops and delivery.
